Device Agent crashes while running the diagnostic logs handler. #23

Bug description

While the Device Agent is communicating with the Diagnostic Logs handler, it crashes.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Configure the Agent to run on a desktop machine.
  2. Start the agent
  3. Configure the diagnostic logs with a new collector/provider.

Observed behavior

Device agent crashes.

Expected behavior

Device agent should not crash.
