Add glyphs: Æ, Ð, Þ, æ, ð, þ, ß.

Can someone integrate these into the current fonts? That would be really great. Thanks.

Hi Jonathan, thanks a lot for those glyphs. I just integrated them in the latest release!

If you're feeling in the mood, there are only 3 original glyphs missing for full support of the Pan-Nigerian alphabet: https://github.com/ms-studio/karmilla/issues/13#issuecomment-142295784 :)

I think you ought to do this :) can you do so as part on the next contract?
