More diacritics #43

I’ve added some missing and readjusted some other diacritics (ľ, ď, ť, Ľ, ű, ő, Ű, Ő).

I’ve made the comma-caron 70% smaller in the bold version and 80% smaller in the regular version in an attempt to follow the guidelines from http://diacritics.typo.cz/index.php?id=5.
