Currently, in ms-van3t, only one RSU or eNodeB (depending on the technology) can be included in simulations. This Pull Request aims to enable the incorporation of multiple stations within simulated environments. Specifically, the key modifications are outlined below:
Addition of new .XML files to define stations as "poi" elements in SUMO
Configuration of Mobility Models for stations and their inclusion in the TraCI Node Map
Adjustments to the server components (i.e. the RSUs) in 802.11p scenarios
Establishment of connections between servers, eNodeBs, and vehicles in LTE scenarios
