[BUG] Max Recursion Depth Reached on Certain Command Connector sheets

Describe the bug When running the script with "Recommend Command Connectors" enabled, it reaches max recursion depth in some scenarios.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a csv with the following fields: model,count SNC-DH180,11
2. Upload it to the script
3. Select 'Recommend CCs' for 30 Days of retention.
4. Click 'Run Check'
5. See error

Expected behavior Command Connectors of the correct amount are recommended:

1. 2x CC300-4TB, excess channels: 9
2. CC500-8TB, excess channels: 14
