Structured Calling System

Goal

The goal here will be to break compatibility_check.py up into more files to shrink file size, reduce the time it takes to resolve merge conflicts, reducing the likelihood of conflicts occurring and expedite debugging.

Format

The file structure after the issue is closed should appear similar to the following:
