Nothing we can do about the database being locked. Second of all, this not where bugs get reported, please do that on Wikipedia talk page. I think I will look at changing output to not request reporting of locked database if possible

The tool specifically said to report it here. I didn't come here accidentally. If this is not the preferred behaviour of the tool, then it should be changed.
