generate config files in php instead of xml #25

Since Symfony is now encouraging bundles to switch to PHP configuration, would you consider generating php instead of xml?

I haven't much time to spend in this project. I would accept a PR though, if you want to make the changes. Just make sure it fully works after the changes generating a new bundle and installing it into an other project. Thank you.
