Discuss this. Ben and I feel that we should do this. Willing to analyze any other thoughts.
In my opinion, I think this should only be done if we are implementing the obstacle avoidance upon reset. Otherwise, we don't need to use resources for it.
Avoiding other robots requires resources to track them. Most of them aren't that interesting. We're not hitting them that hard anyway.
