Why is xcode required? #17

Shouldn't having command line tools be enough?

Thanks for the feedback, I forgot about this requirement (was just simpler to implement at the time). Should be fixed in the next release, or now if you want to try it out on master: pip install https://github.com/msanders/cider/archive/master.zip.
