I have an excess of time during a 3 hour delay for a 4 hour flight, so I implemented the graph output object that has been previously discussed. Here's the payoff:
TwoStepGraph is now a function which outputs a graph object
that object has methods for export_graph, add_edge and drop_edge
tests are updated to reflect the new dataframe type attributes
deleted the ModifiedTwoStepGraph method because it's the same as TwoStepGraph
