Normaly unavailable / legacy addon are drop out from their addon pages?
I tested to downloading your last release + renaming it with extension .xpi don't work to.
So, when it should be available (and working!) for Quantum ?

I use /used a lot the legacy version with Waterfox Classic.
Yet, i want test Quantum and I read there is now a "Webextensions Version", so i hoped it should be working for Quantum now?
