I've tried every suggested setting to bypass Instagram's censorship but it didn't work. Do you have any suggestions?

Then I guess they blocked Instagram by its IP address, this app can only unblock DNS/SNI based blocked websites.

You need a VPN to bypass it. I suggest Oblivion for Android and Oblivion Desktop for Windows. Just Google: Oblivion github

Thank you. Oblivion seems to work on websites that SecureDNSClient can unblock but not on Instagram. Instagram pages give the following error;

The setting I used on Oblivion was Psiphon and changing the country. The Warp and Gool options didn't even open any Instagram pages.

It can be the speed restriction. You can remove speed restriction in Oblivion with this Serial Number:

8j4fR15G-B0c67pP3-X25UuV43

Thank you but Oblivion didn't work no matter what i did for Instagram. I tried ProtonVPN and it's working fine. I'm not sure why.

Well, that's weird, but Proton is also a good choice. I'm glad you made it work.
