Measurements read wrong when multiple fans are being measured.

after review, measurements -seeeeeming- wrong seems to be a hardware issue.
The fans are same mfr, same box, however on read:

Fan A reads in the 100Hz area
Fan B reads in the 50Hz area
- seemingly proper RPM if hall sensor is Quad pole (4 pulses/rev)
Fan C reads in the 120Hz

These fs do change depending on number fans attached

More investigation testing (an oscilliscope would be nice) needed.

check docs on freq library and ensure read takes most recent or flush/mitigate this
