username/scenename indexing #61

scene files are uniquely addressable by a username/scenename pair. This should be the consistent client interface that we present.

Components:

audit server-client interfaces
change URLs appropriately
a new database VIEW to support this plumbing?

(This may only make sense to me...)

closed by 43e5c4ddaa97526db6bea251c09f8a96dc897f8b I converted the URL client-server interface, but I did not change the database internally. That functionality isn't really necessary until we add support for users seeing other users' scenes.
