VSIX fails to install #103

Tried installing directly using Manage Extensions. Upon closing VS2022, I expected the VS installer to open automatically and install the package, but nothing happened. I then manually downloaded the VSIX and ran it. The VS installer opened briefly, then immediately stopped. No changes were made to my VS2022 installation, and no item templates were installed.

After several restarts, the VSIX dialog finally showed up and I was able to install the designer.
