fixed the issue with the all dogs go to var variable, dogs now display info even from storage, dogs that are already stored are still saving to storage which causes thee dog info aside to display the info multiple times, otherwise everything functions as intended. ALSO set media queeries so that pages are responsive down to small mobile device
