Software crashes if there is no envJars directory #140

Whatever code is saving files to ../system/proving/envJars should make sure
the directory is there and if not, should create it.

I know what you're thinking, that the directory IS there so there should be
no problem.  Well, I've already had one team contact me cause they deleted
the directory (it was empty!) and then their software crashed.

it now makes the directories if they are not there... we should do it with 
results
too.. hehe
