Add Ukrainian translation #67

Initial Ukrainian translation for antimicrobial drug (group) names and colloquial microorganism names. Added "Percentage" label.

Great, many thanks! I will merge this now, but have to do some manual work before I can merge it into main (among other things: add translations of "Percentage"). I hope to finish that this week.
