Class Speed Fluctuations #209

http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=131515

With the new speed method players walk too fast with normal speed (0.0) and too
"very" slow when walking.

This is unconfirmed and will need some testing with and without ZR. Compare
walking and running speeds with 'cl_showpos 2'.

Without ZR:

Running with pistol/knife: 250
Running with m4a1: 230
Walking (same with all guns): 100

With ZR I got the same speed values with "Normal Human" class (which has speed
set to 0). I didn't notice any difference either.

Walking speed seems to be fixed at 100 no matter what the player speed is. To
me it didn't feel too slow either.

I suspect the players are affected by a placebo effect after the orange box.
The game run more smooth (higher tickrate and multicore graphics rendering) so
it appears that they are running faster.

To me, I couldn't prove or feel any difference with speed with and without ZR
(dev r751).

It appears that there are some inconsistency with linux and windows servers.
When testing ZR on a windows server I got 320 as running speed.

Does that mean that this is an inherit issue with CS:S on Windows distributions?

Never mind that inconsistency, I was confused by another bug where I was
assigned a zombie class as a human. That class had speed 320. When I changed to
the normal human class I got the same speeds; 250.
