To reduce support tickets we should have a part in the manual that 
describes Valve's keyvalue format and how it's used in ZR.

What to describe (suggestions):
* General syntax: Quotes and braces
* Root section
* Sub sections
* Keys and values
* Troubleshooting: Missing quotes and braces
