Can't login in IE #36

Using IE 9 on Windows 7, I couldn't get past the "Connecting..." screen.

This is running bf8bb62 + firefox.patch from issue#25

Elemental is not compatible with IE now, or in the near future, thus, neither 
is collide.

When IE is supported, it won't be for any version less than 10, as it is 
standards html5-based (the entire dom api is generated from IDL [interface 
definition language] files from the browsers javascript engine).
