Does Node-Imap support CRAM-MD5 authentication?

Some servers only support CRAM-MD5 and DIGEST-MD5. How to connect to those servers.

@mscdex Any plans to support in near future? Nodemailer(https://github.com/andris9/Nodemailer/) supports CRAM-MD5 authentication.
