upgrades xxhash to v0.6.5 #27

This simply adds the xxhash v0.6.5 dependency and makes a small change to src/common.hpp for compatibility.

Pretty sure this project is no longer maintained by the original author, who appears to be non-responsive. I'd suggest publishing under a new name. Let us know if you do please!

The Travis CI config in the current release no long works due to URL that changed. I included a second commit with updates the Travis and the Appveyer configs. These changes are also in a separate commit, #29 .

@asilvas, hopefully that's not the case. @mscdex is still pretty active on GitHub and in other Node projects. I'll give him a bit before creating fragmentation.
