uses the recommended CI configs for node addons #29

The current travis config always fails and the appveyor config doesn't check recent version of NodeJS. This uses sample config for node addons.

The jobs that build against NodeJS 12 will fail, because the current release is incompatible. #28 fixes compatibility with NodeJS 12.
