Add 1.18.2 compatibility #21

Hi there,

I have updated the dependencies (Fabric version etc.) for Minecraft 1.18.2 to match the ones listed at https://fabricmc.net/develop/.

After also triggering the automatic build of the current TaxFreeLevels mod at jitpack.io I was able to successfully build this updated mod.

I then tested it in Minecraft 1.18.2 and it works like a charm.
