Content Proposal for 3.5.1: Data Visualization in Industry #1090

A subsection pertaining to data visualization for different industries could be added to enhance the reader's experience.

Content Proposal: At present, the section body mentions some of the applications of dashboard in business. It doesn't completely matches with the section heading. I would propose to start this section with industry specific data visualization details and end it with the application table.

We can create a subsection: 3.5.1.2: Healthcare and add the following content to it.

This article talks about healthcare data revolution and will be an interesting find to add in this section.

With data volumes increasing exponentially, health care can no longer rely on antiquated data presentation tools like spreadsheets and tables any more than modern computers can still use transistors. Spreadsheets and tables are outdated means of data-sharing which are time-consuming to produce and ineffective to consume, particularly with large amounts of data.

According to AHIMA (American Health Information Management Association), the healthcare industry is in the midst of a data revolution, storing more information than ever before. Healthcare data volumes are increasing at a 49% clip annually, according to a recent report in CIO Magazine.

As per this article: Many organizations produce data visualizations in the areas of healthcare delivery, patient-facing applications, population health, public health, or global health. Some examples include:
