import.cgi: Added checkbox to import & start
import.cgi: Fixed error when no internal host/ip is set in LoxPlan
import.pl: Changed logging on import if RRDs::info returns an errror
import.pl: Added start of polling after error-free import
import.pl: Write to job status when polling could be triggered
import-template: Expanded import table width to 100%
