add user setting for html5 audio #57

SM2 is initialized with player.init(useHTML) multiple calls to this function will reboot SM2 with or without HTML5 audio capabilities.

There should be an option user settings to set this parameter to true/false.

there could also be a setting to enable/disable SM2 debug
