Unable to deliver Arabic Message thro JSMPP Client

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Created a jsmpp client with message "كيلوبايت"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect an Arabic message in the Handset, but i received an empty message

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.2.0, OS- RedHat Linux
