Extras section updated.

It can be house to the different user groups.

All active local usergroups interested to be on the page should add their content here:

The main user groups have already been addressed what text also have to be added

@Jheengut mainly text updates for each user group. For e.g is the LUGM text still ok? I will not add texts to describe user groups unless a representative of that UG validates it.

I will tag some of the representatives below : @cedpoilly Front-end Coders @jochenkirstaetter GDG @Jheengut LUGM

Hi @MrSunshyne

The text of GDG Mauritius is still valid and doen't need further changes. It's green light from my side. Nonetheless, I'll ping Tabot to see whether he'd like to change anything.
