PR: Animations #6

Added animations on page

  1. Smol clouds on banner floating
  2. Tiers logo flipping animation
  3. little elements on the side of the page

P.S, those 2 layers of the banner needs to be reworked again at a higher resolution.. could only manage to do it in FHD
