Death Line: Need code to plot deaths vs. time from idaho_infections.csv #29

We want to add a line to the graph for death to better relate the model to real life.

For this week at least, let's prioritize plotting and understanding infections, and we'll loop back to deaths next week.

I can't seem to find the dates of death of the 33 Idaho victims in any public information, at least not compiled. Any ideas?

Do we want the line to be imported from the idaho_infections.csv file or are you planning on manually entering the data into the python file?
