Adjusting k1 and k2 parameters within a year #31

As k1 increases and k2 stays constant at 0.02 the amount of time it takes for everyone in idaho to become infected decreases, getting to just 1 day when k1=15

Nice to hear you're playing with the model ashtonenrriques! I encourage other folks to play with other parameters and report back here as well: Commits aggregating the info from here into README.md are encouraged.

Looks like Vic's additions in commit #6d2820dc are a great step toward this.
