Add support for selecting specific XSL file and restructure the way files are saved #8

1) In the Global Settings section there should be a drop down allowing you to 
select what xslt transformation one wants to use for a specific mapping. 
Selecting automatic will mean that the mapping will use the automatically 
generated xslt file.

2) Each mapping should have it's own folder in the file system. All related 
files will be in that folder and the folder will have the name of the mapping.
