Repro Steps:
1.Download and Install Eclipse
2.Tab till tools-->Azure-->Azure Sign in and press enter
3.Open "Accessibility Insights for Window" to Inspect "Azure Sign in" visually appearing text element present below "Azure sign in" Heading.
4.Verify "Azure Sign In" element MAS Compliant.
Actual Results: Role for "Azure Sign In" element present under "Azure Sign In" text is defined as "document".
