Currently a work in progress so it is room for implementing other engines and a api that can cover more than one type of engine.

Creating a header for msgflo.cpp to create an API. This breaks the current API, but I have other API suggestions in mind too.
Build everything with CMake.
Updating to the latest AMQP-CPP.

@trygvis some critical things that need fixing

Participant never connects to broker with AMQP
Building of the AMQP submodule fails on Travis because using wrong compiler The CPP/CXX envvar is not respected.

The MQTT client is sometimes very very slow to connect, but since this is not a regression, that is not needed to merge this PR.
