Missing mapscripts #6

It has come to my attention that the configs contain hashes for mapscripts which do not contain mapscripts in the repo.

Instead of removing these, we should find the scripts and add them to the repo. I will make a list of missing files when I know them.

Added a defaults file in mapscripts which includes the checksums of default mapscripts. Still need to find scripts for:

osiris
the_station
oasis

only oasis is missing.

I have added it to the defaults now but we should try and find the correct mapscript.
