Story/Task Details

[ ] Add flag feature to displayed poll results
[ ] Notify appropriate admins/moderators when flag is placed

Acceptance Scenarios Given: A user who has seen an incorrect poll results When: they select the "flag" option Then: the results will be flagged, and potentially removed

Done Done Criteria

[ ] Flagging button added
[ ] Flags added into DB
[ ] Acceptance tests passing
[ ] Code merged to master branch

... button on all polls bring up overlay where you can choose why to report (this menu can also have other options, such as sharing on social media etc that's why I kept the button icon generic)
