FIELD_INTEGRITY_EXCEPTION, Custom Setting Name too long: i360Prospectc-Setter__c-Inside Sales: Name: [Name]

Which version are you using? I think that name too long thing is fixed.

I downloaded the version on from the app exchange 2 days ago

Can you share the version number from the Installed Packages part of setup? I think the AppExchange may have an old version.
