Mobile optimization #48

Despite that fact that the tree structure will never be good-looking on a mobile view, we need to make some changes. I think the gitHub logo and wikidata logo should not be shown on mobile view or at least in a better position. Further the search input are taking most of the screen, so it would be nice to collapse them. What do you think? Further more, please do some testing, on a mobile device, or by resizing your browser, in case of bugs please note them here. Screenshot from 2020-06-01 22-23-35

well done, but examples should be aligned right on a desktop view, like before
