Shutdown Button Should Show A Prompt Overlay #4

Instead of immediately shutting down, the shutdown button should bring up an overlay prompt to match the original screen.

The shutdown options prompt was added with commit a701a84. It needs work to better match the original but is functional for the time being. Screenshot: shutdown_options
