[BUG] Release on Open-VSX is not up-to-date (1 year old) #474

The latest release on Open-VSX is one year old.

The official open-source version of Code on ArchLinux uses Open-VSX, so it would be great to update the releases on Open-VSX too (as stated on README.md).

Workaround is to download the plugin manually from the Marketplace.

Thank you for informing me. I have uploaded the latest version and added a release pipeline to ensure automatic updates in the future.
