Separate database into development and production environments

Once the app has been deployed, it is best to reconfigure the URL to point to the production environment.

Required items:

• [ ] A CI/CD pipeline to handle schema migrations between dev and prod.
• [ ] A separate project on Supabase
• [ ] Update to prod URL on Vercel .env variable
