When rethinking this, it does not make much sense to enforce note quotas:

• It will be too limiting on the end users.
• Users will inherently remove notes if there are too much. Otherwise it will be too cluttered.
• There will be much more compute costs to check for quota than just allowing the transaction into the db.

As such, as of 17/4/23, we will not yet enforce note quotas on users.

Next step is to feedback the number of quotas remaining for users.

• [ ] Return remaining quota from tRPC endpoints.
• [ ] Create a new component. The component will get the latest value by fetching on each render. For efficiency purposes, only use one component for both mobile and desktop viewports.
• [ ] Add tRPC endpoint getQuotas to get current user quotas.

• [x] Currently, if the user adds bookmark by adding a note, it does not reduce the bookmarkQuota. This requires a crucial fix.
