Pasting char above 0xFFFF in search-field returns nothing #45

Tried copying http://charcod.es/#hand/128406 into the search field and go no results

I presume you're talking about pasting directly into the search field? Strangely enough, pasting ex. ⚒ works just fine for me.

Oh. I do believe there is an error - at least I don't get the spock-thingie back when entering it in the search field, so something is amiss.

(Distracted by crying kid, so my debugging got preempted...)

Aha. Pasting codepoints over 0xFFFF is broken...
