Remove Google Analytics / GDPR #60

Remove Google Analytics b/c GDPR is tricky with it.

I would really like any kind of trivial visitor counter (and possibly track on-site actions), but long-term tracking is in no way a priority...

Changes look good!

I don't have any opinion about tracking in general, so no objections about that plan :)
