Icon overview page in Readme should link to output/overview.html #1

The Readme makes several references to the icon overview page:

There are many different icons that can be displayed. See the icon overview page for a complete overview.

It would be great if this would link to the overview page at output/overview.html

Yeah, unfortunately I don't think Github will let me display an HTML page. It will only display the source. So I was planning on getting a page up somewhere on my own server. Having the overview available is definitely something I should get around to doing.

I ended up simply generating a Markdown page. We now have an icon overview page on the wiki.

(Additionally, the HTML overview for previewing builds has been moved to build/overview.html; output/ has been emptied.)
