Twinkling Star Ribbon is still missing #131

    Looks like the Twinkling Star Ribbon is missing from the repo still.

I realize the project is about to undergo a big update for Gen 9, but I noticed this issue is still present for Gen 8.

One of the issues with the Twinkling Star Ribbon is that it's new from BDSP, which has uneven canvas size. All images prior to this were 128x128, while this new one is 122x123 (and they are all different sizes). We'll talk about that on #111.
