Corrected shiny Umbreon's eye colour #140

I understand that the shiny versions of Pokémon sprites were custom-made. However, shiny Umbreon has yellow eyes. This pull request fixes that oversight. Alternatively, the original artist for shiny Umbreon could make a correction.
